2. We want to find a device which can read card and QR code, Do you have product meet our requirements?
Our ticket validator hardware can meet your requirement and you can use our SDK to develop your own application. We have several models can realize the function you mentioned, please ask for the catalog and compare the specifications to choose a model you prefer.
3. What solution can you provide?
We can provide three solutions.
Solution1: Complete hardware and backend software, you can use directly.
Solution2: Use our hardware and backend software and integrate customized functions you required, you need to send your detail requirements for evaluation first, we need to evaluate the possibility and cost.
Solution3: We provide hardware and SDK or API for you to develop your own application or system.
4. What is your after sales service?
When you purchase our device, we will have professional after sales engineer to help you during sample testing on line.
5. Why other company device is much cheaper?
Quality is different, you will know once you get and compare the samples on site. When you buy a phone the price also varies according to quality and brand. You get what you pay for, our product will worth the price.
6. How do I order a sample?
How do you want to pay for the sample? If you want to pay on Alibaba, we can send you a order link for payment. If you want to pay through T/T transfer, we will send you a proforma invoice with bank info. After payment, we will arrange the sample delivery in 3 working days.
7. What is the payment terms?
For sample payment, you need to pay 100%. For bulk order, you can pay 50% deposit and rest 50% before shipping.
8. How do you handle the shippment?
We have our shipping agent, you can pay us to arrange the shippment, if you have your own shipping agent in China, we can aslo send the goods to them.
9. Will you in charge of the customs, do we have to handle the customs clearance?
When we export the device, will handle the export customs on our side, but when goods arrived at your country, you need to handle the import customs. The express company(DHL, FEDEX, UPS...) will contact you. Don’t worry it will be simple, just need to provide some information or pay some import tax.
